Frequently asked questions

What counts as a "course"?
Each time you generate a course from a document or text paste, it counts as one course toward your monthly limit. Your counter resets on the 1st of each month.
What file formats are supported?
Syllabi supports PDF, Word (.docx), and PowerPoint (.pptx) files. Text paste works on all plans. File size limits vary by plan (5MB free, 25MB Starter, 50MB Pro).
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — your new limit takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Manage everything from your billing dashboard.
What happens to my courses if I cancel?
Your generated courses remain accessible. If you downgrade to the free tier, you keep your course history but your monthly generation limit drops to 2.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
